Haven is the new planetary base introduced in Update 95. It’s not a combat branch or a new ship, but rather a long-term system: You construct buildings there, and these buildings provide permanent, account-wide percentage bonuses to progress, ships, PvE, and PvP. If you start today, you’ll be working on something that will take months to complete.
Scopely has not yet published any guidance on Haven—neither a details page nor a Help Center entry. This page summarizes what is known from the game itself and from community sources. Each table indicates where the numbers come from and how reliable they are.
The Chain of Effects
If there’s one thing you take away from this page, let it be this chain. Everything else is just details:
Resonance Charges → Building Components → Buildings → Border Prestige → Gate Level → New Buildings
- You produce Resonance Charges passively—the Iconian Gate itself and the Environmental Stabilizers generate them around the clock.
- You use them to buy building parts in the Haven Shop. So charges are nothing more than purchasing power.
- Buildings provide Frontier Prestige as soon as they’re placed on the map. They don’t contribute anything while in storage.
- The Gate Level increases as soon as enough Border Prestige has been accumulated—and in return, it unlocks new buildings.
The bottom line: The Gate itself does not generate prestige. All Frontier Prestige comes from the buildings surrounding it. If you wait instead of building, you won’t advance a level—no matter how many credits you accumulate.
Prerequisite
Ops Level 61 at the station. After that, you can build the Iconian Hub there, which opens the Iconian Gate and thus Haven (some dialogues still use the English name “Iconian Gateway”). You cannot gain access below Ops Level 61—not even through workarounds. While you can visit other players’ Havens via a chat link, doing so won’t help you progress until you meet the requirement.
